The rusty locker in the back room of the pharmacy in Shorefront District – South is the first real code puzzle in SILENT HILL: Townfall. The answer is 6539.
The code and poster clues come from GamesRadar's guide by Leon Hurley (published 22 September 2026). PowerPyx's puzzle walkthrough gives the same code and places the locker in the pharmacy back room. We have not replayed this puzzle on every puzzle difficulty ourselves.
How the Poster Clues Work
A strange video you pick up in the building shows blurry close-ups of four posters in a set order. Each poster contains one number, and that order gives you the combination. According to GamesRadar:
In the bathroom. Count the fingers shown on the poster.
In the hallway to the right of the phone. The poster lists five steps.
Near the front window. The blood pressure machine shows a 3.
On the noticeboard by the lockers. Nine pills are left in the packet.
Go to the back room of the pharmacy, interact with the rusty locker and enter 6 → 5 → 3 → 9.
